Shipping Policy

Giftshop Galore (“we” and “us”) is the operator of http://www.giftshopgalore.com. By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.

General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item/s or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Delivery Terms

Transit time Domestically In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 1 – 3 days

Transit time Internationally Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days.

Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day. Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Items Out Of Stock

If an item(s) is out of stock, we have the option for either back-ordering or on certain items, pre-ordering.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service

Duties & Taxes

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Giftshop Galore encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Giftshop Galore at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

Returns Policy

No Hassle Returns

We like to keep things simple so that every purchase you make with Giftshop Galore is completely risk-free. If you’re not satisfied with an item that you have purchased and the item is unused, all you need to do is contact us before you return your goods and we will guide you through the process to make everything as quick and easy as possible.

Making A Return

Please contact Giftshop Galore by emailing info@giftshopgalore.com and we’ll issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number. From here, we’ll guide you through the returns process to make it as fast and as easy as possible. To ensure a full refund, the item to be returned needs to be unused and must have its original packaging undamaged and intact.

Sending A Return

To return your order within 30 days of purchase, the item(s) must be unused, in its original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact. Pack up your item(s) protectively and write your Returns Number clearly on the outside of the package. To guarantee delivery, we recommend that you send back your return using a tracked service. Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of our customers. If you need assistance, please contact us and we’ll recommend the most cost-effective way to send your return back to Giftshop Galore

Refund and Reimbursement

Once we receive your item, we’ll get to work on processing your return as fast as possible. If your return meets the requirements outlined above, we’ll process a refund for the item(s) back to your original method of payment within 7 working days. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is received otherwise than in accordance with our outlined requirements.
